Hi guys,

I'm new to CG and I'll be taking 2 days off this month. Should I need to visit the office for the entire 12 days to be BTO compliant or can I reduce the number of days?

If you are in FS BCM BU ,its totall different calculations, no. Of office days - leaves , piblic holidays are not considered

Leaves count for 60% exemption. Suppose in a month if you took 5 days of leaves, then 60% of 5 days is 3 days. So you have to complete 9 days in an office for that month.

Understood, Thanks for the response. In my case, it's 2 days off. So as per the 60% exemption calculation, it's 10.8 days. Should I visit 11 days or 10 days also fine?
