I recently put down my paper in Capgemini bangalore and I am in bench also..Should i stick to the 3 days work from office policy. Will they take any actions if I am not following. Currently it's raining in Bangalore.I don't want to go office.Please advise.

As mentioned in two other posts, it is not mandatory to work from the office during the notice period.

I think on bench we need to go office daily. You can stay there for 2-3 hours.
