BTech regular as well as tcs job
I have completed diploma in computer science and currently working in tcs. I do mostly US shifts. So I thought of joining BTech regular since part time has no value. Will it be a problem if I study during day and continue work at tcs.

You might not face any problem but it's wrong to pursue a full time course without informing your organization. Even a part time course provider asks for NOC from your employer.
