BTECH CSE student. Need suggestion on UG and MS

Hi guys.. im a CSE student at a very expensive private college south of chennai. It is tier 2 and boasts about 1 cr packages but the truth remains elsewhere.

Its costing about 35L incl living and Germany on the other hand i would only require about 17L to settle and then work part time to make ends meet.

I always had the dream of moving abroad specifically germany because of affordability and the novelty. I an also tired of the education system.. Tests every week. Sub par teachers. Now that im in this college - I dont find myself happy and wanting to study here for the long term.

I still have an option to move to Germany for my bachelors in computer science or informatics next year.

Do you think i should make the switch? kindly suggest.

I am open to all suggestions.
