Yup, and to be fair, delivery charges are justified because that expense is borne by the company. You are still actually getting the product for dirt cheap prices.
It's not long term sustainable ofc, only helps to establish name and brand presence by getting foot in the door through cheap/free products. Rest is up to the customer to decide if they like the brand or not.
I got like 4 packets of sirona condoms for basically free. Gonna last me a year or two easily, might even distribute some because good product without chemicals and numbing agents.
