Broker connects for gated societies in HSR

Hey folks - any broker contacts who can help with gated society apartments in HSR? It feels like an impossible task and most flats seem to stay on the market for less than even a day - have lost 2 flats now because I feel the broker I'm working with isn't the primary broker
