Broken Promises After 6 Months of Work

Has anyone had verbal promises from leadership (band, allocation) that were broken? What did you do?

Recently I was allocated to new client coming into TCS and I chased the PMO and DP for two months to get allocation. Thankfully sorted out now.

As far as I know if you work for 6 months then RMG definately would have reach out to you about project because without allocation even Rmg don't allow to work ,they can call project manager also as they don't want someone to work without allocation. At somepoint it's all you fault 1-2 months I can understand but for 6 months I can't digest you worked without allocation.🤔
