Broken and confused need help

Hello, i m an employee with TCS from past 3 years, but they moved me to RMG without any prior notice. And now they are forcing me to come to office for panel discussion. HR called me n said until u come to office and discuss no projects will be assigned to you. I requested her telling that my husband had a kidney transplant recently and my mom was the donor i have to take care of both of them at once,we can discuss online and I m ready for it but she politely refused telling u have to else we need to take disciplinary action as you are not coming to office even after reminders. I even told that I have approved WFO exception but no reply. Don't know what gonna happen tom . Ready also n not ready also😭

You can just delay it. Do everything in writing, whatever they told on call, transcribe it in short on email, and tell your medical situation, attach medical proof. If she responds incorrectly, add her manager too in cc while responding, and depending on aggressiveness of the reply, manager’s manager too.

Just keep in mind that you are raising the tempo by doing this, and it will lead to worse situation. So do this only if you feel there is high chance that that panel meeting is about your layoff. I think by doing this, you should be able to buy some time. They won’t like to layoff someone who is in medical distress and someone who is willing to go on warpath.
