The screen of my two-year-old office laptop accidentally broke. What should I do next? Will I have to pay for the repair or replacement? Also, will I get a new laptop, or will they repair this one? How long will the process take?

Mine was broken, I don't know how. Went to CCD with some hassle they helped me in raising a ticket with comments as ''broken accidentally while carrying". They just replaced the broken screen from some faulty laptop. Took 2hrs totally.
