Hi team,my broadband reimbursement eligibility for October is showing as "No" in the system. I've been receiving this consistently as a remote/hybrid employee for over a year.

Has anyone else encountered this issue recently?

If you've had this resolved, could you please share the process to get it fixed? Thanks for your help!

Almost everyone has this issue, is that bug or they stopped reimbursement
