You need to transact using a credit card (Hdfc/axis/icici bank). Check if that credit card is mapped in myPay in the personal information page. Mapping takes around 2 months. Once it's done, on the 11th of every month you will see all eligible transactions flowing into myPay for confirmation. You then need to fill the basic details for the transaction for which you want reimbursement, like bill from date and to date, address, broadband provider, etc. and finally mark as confirm and submit. And you are good to go!
