Trending @Infosys; Broadband bills reimbursement doubt.

Hello everyone, I am using the jio fiber 30 mbs plan but it comes with OTT in bills there is a break up of like (399 for 30 mbps + 200rs for OTT +107 tax).

So my question is -

1. Can I claim the complete bill for reimbursement?

2. Is it possible that at least I can claim 399rs?

3. If any jio fiber user is here is it possible to recharge only 399+tax amt excluding OTT?
