In my flat, Wi-Fi is available, but the bill is in my flatmate's name. Can I edit it to add my name and attach it for the internet claim? Is that acceptable or could it cause any issues?

You can do that but if the team is able to catch that. You can probably be terminated as per i have heard from my friends and colleagues
