I am working at JPMorgan Bengaluru currently and I am getting an offer of BP Pune , fed up with Bengaluru actually.

Jpmc is 5 days strict office BP is 3 days office but not that strict i guess

I hope it is not a bad decision, there is a lot of politics and promotion of hustle culture in JPMC, promotions are given by sucking out life from a person, a person with family in Bengaluru, can only do job, they have no life here.
