My PL is 4 and I have joined in May 2022, I have gone through 1 appraisal cycle and still I am not eligible for nominating myself for Consultant post as in that it was written that the current PL should Be 4A or higher. I am a confirmed employee also. So My question is - When will I be 4A? And How can I be 4A? Why am I not able to nominate myself?
RM is 2.5 years (30) months. Then only eligible for con bridge.I raised ahd and got to know this.
And What exactly is JL4A? Will I be promoted to JL4A? Or JL4 is the same? So one more doubt, in the next quarter if I 2.5 years are completed then will I be able to apply for this BRIDGE program for Consultant?
You are already JL4A if you are senior acon now.PL4 total experience is considered for role maturity ie 2.5 years. means your total experience in (ACON(JL4B) + Senior ACON(JL4A))
