Hello Everyone,
I have cleared the certification entry exam for the Associate Consultant role as part of the Bridge Program. Could you please provide information on the next steps? It was mentioned that there will be a video assessment. What kind of questions should I expect, and how can I best prepare for it? Has anyone in our company gone through this process and can offer any suggestions?

As mentioned by @GenduInfosys , there will be 4 questions which a candidate needs to answer. 1 question will have 2 mins ( try to take as less than 1.5 min for each ans). They'll share 4 questions in advance. Just make a script- be clear, to the point, avoid unnecessary lines. It's okay to brag one or two things, even you haven't done those things- try to exaggerate those topics.
I have seen some people casually giving this assessment with preparation and some people who prepared very well, they got rejected.
I highly doubt what logic or tool they use to select people for video round.

Hi @PoorGlut I'm a senior systems engineer and I am still not eligible for ACON bridge, how much years of experience do you have?
Video assessment will have 4 questions and the same questions you will get in email communication. The questions would be like your introduction, explain your project, what was the biggest challenge you faced in that project and how you resolved that and why consultancy? You can use chatgpt or gemini for reference
