Sorry to hear that and don't think like I have any bias on pp or STG, but , Average is not good enough from an pp, billing rates are quite high of even a fresher if they are a pp, to be 32 dollars exactly, it is a leads billing, getting more than average marks post training means that you are a good coder as you have cleared 1st two coding round, but when it will come to programming there you may struggle from STG perspective. And sooner or later you may come on the bench because the client won't pay such high billing if you are not in any us account.

So one good thing is your coding is strong because pp coding are not easy, so go for any product based company. You'll make twice what you'll get here after a year , that's how much it will take with everything considered .
