As you are already in pdc stream, you won't be eligible for CON bridge (consultant). There are other bridge programs I believe like DSE & Power Programmer if you are into coding. Else you can try IJP for any JL5B roles like consultant and technology lead if you meet the eligibility criteria like role maturity
