Breaking News :- COMPENSATION LETTERS WILL NOT GET RELEASED IN APRIL MONTH FOR FY 2026-27

A few min back only we HR TOLD US that due to the New labour law code got implemented from 1st April (50% basic to CTC) employers are trying to minimise the impact of intake home and due to that they are carefully planning the Revised CTC and because of this the letters will not get released in April month...

But there is one Good news also as CHRO already said that the revision will be effective from April 1st so HR said sometime during MAY month the letters will get released and we will get the incremented salary for the April month as an arrears in May salary...

So please now stop creating unnecessary threads for the Compensation letters because now the letters will come in May only

I know I also created some threads but now I deleted all the threads....so

If they will share letter in may, how they will structure april salary, if they give in current structure won't it voilate new labour law, just asking?

C3B and above generally receive letters around July and we receive the April to June as arrears .. nothing new

Your reason is believable as till now there is no letter that means they haven't prepared it.

Only thing which is truly disappointing that they had plenty of time after labour law release and they were not prepared earlier.
