Breakdown regarding offer from Infosys

I have recently being offered a CTC of 11.3 lakhs from Infosys with 1 lakh as variable pay. Is the variable paid around 80%? And what would be estimated in hand salary for this role.

Variable pay depends on your performance and company performance. First 6 months you will get atleast 50%. Later purely depends on performance. I have got 75% max until now.
