Trending @HCL; Break timings for agents working 9 hours and 9:30 hours.
Please tell me the break time for 9 hours work time and 9:30 hours of working time. I work for 9:30 hours and when I ask for at least 1:30 hours of break time they deny it straight and they said only 30 min lunch break and 15-15 min other breaks are allowed and we have to work for 8:30 hours. Please help me with the screenshot of HR policy terms and conditions.

The work policy is only 8 hours, including breaks, which totals 9 hours. If your shift is 9:30 hours, then you can take a 1.5-hour break. Please check with your HR.

It only happens with service desk support.. Are you one of the service desk support agents?

There is no such policy it Depends on the type of Lead or manager
