If I take a break from corporate will it affect my career not like a year just for a few months I am really mentally tired of this toxic shit i want some time off but I don't want to ruin my career and taking a leave of 7 days is not doing it for me I have good savings money is not a problem
apply for sabbatical leave, it wont affect your career
If money is not an issue take a break!!! Join a course and you can justify you wanted to upskill. Most can’t do it because of financial issues. But if you are sound financially not worth it to spoil your body and mind
You can take it but risk is definitely there. In your next interview you will face this question about sudden break and not everyone will like the reason. Moreover it's not really advisable to take a break as per the current market situation. Just my advice, but definitely mental health is really important and if you extensively need this break, go for it but make sure you give a blockbuster comeback as well.
