Trending @Accenture; Brave or wrong decesion
I'm thinking of resigning from Accenture so that I will be on notice period and will get call from other companies for Power BI/ Data analyst job roles . Please share your thoughts on job Market around may and is it good decesion to resign without having offer in hand?

Don’t resign without an offer in hand.

First try to get offer letter then resign.. One of my friend did the same thing as resigned without having offer letter and was hoping for best offer so took break and applyed for new job roles..and he was jobless for almost a year..

Putting in your papers w/o a offer in hand is also a good option but make sure you have enough emergency funds to maintain your expenses for atleast six months after your LWD.
You start getting offers from recruiters when your NP is less than 30 days.
Then it all depends on your capability of cracking the interview. So I would suggest you start prepping yourself and take a leap of faith.

Thanks 👍
