Try factory outlets. They've good quality at affordable prices but you've to go through a bunch of them to find a few

I know places in north east india. Branded good with minor defects from big brands like adidas end up in the golden triangle and sold at 1/4th the price in the markets

Make a trip to the north east someday and I'll tell you the location.

Go to factory outlets just before the airport. There are lot of them and you will get good collection plus heavy discounts. Do make sure to purchase in bulk to get max benefit.
