Hi all, i am 5 yoe software dev. Right now i have few good offers Samsung - less pay, good project, chance to move to Bangalore (java + cloud heavy) Eventbrite - nice pay, python + Django profile (i come from java background) + remote work Which one should i go for? My worries are, in next switch i might struggle to attract recruiters cause i am not sure if recruiters know eventbrite brand On the other hand with Samsung less base pay i might struggle again to improve my compensation in future switches. It feels like 2 sides of a coin. Maybe i am overthinking too much. But i would really appreciate your advice
I don't think brand will influence the resume by that much. I would have gone for Eventbrite
But is it the reality? Do more people prefer your resume if you have brands or more better skills from small companies
