Well time is the biggest destroyer of ego. Give them time, even we were freshers once. After a certain point in life nothing brings happiness other than your health, family and free time

After 2 3 years everyone gets mature enough I guess

Unfortunately that’s the kind that keep failing upwards.

Sadly I’ve only seen growth for such case. They’ve good confidence which helps negotiation. Even many of the rich folks are narcissists
