Brace myself for layoffs

Joined a startup after working for a many years in few MNCs, turned out to be the worst decision.

5 months down the line, had the worst boss, highly toxic work environment.

Having Performance evaluation meeting with my manager on every week and it feels like someone is sitting on my head.

Already updated my profile in naukri and started receiving calls, have a savings of 12 lakhs now. Need 50k every month for EMI..

What else I can do here..

Please advice.....

Working for startups was great learning 5 years ago.

Now everyday at a startup is about saving your ass in the stand up calls.

I couldn’t take it and left in 6 months. Now working for a consultancy. But not gonna lie, life at MNC was good
