Depends on project. Some fast track, some slow.
Takes abt 3-4 yrs to get a good jump in role or pay, provided ur performance is solid. Could be faster if u stand out.
Push for more responsibilities. Show leadership.
Start applying outside if you can. Market rates outside of TCS are usually better, especially if you're looking to move up or get promoted. Sometimes internal promotions don’t really reflect market value.
Choosing between stability and growth is always tough. If you value job security, stability is the way to go. But if you’re ambitious and want faster progress, you might have to take a few risks. Totally depends on what you prioritize.
