Bpo3 equiavlent to C2 grade?

Does anyone know BPO3 is equivalent to C2 or lower grade in IT? Any benefits of switching between!?

I have asked HR to grade conversion, she said, you will be moved to same similar grade in IT, and don’t expect any hike!

BPO3 is equivalent to C1, there is no benefit as such unless u r doing a night shift, night shift allowances in IT is bit better than BPS.
