Bpo2 but works in IT

Joined TCS as a lateral they gave me bpo2 grade but my background is CS and i work in IT project since i have joined TCS its been more than 2 years here at TCS. How can i change my grade?and does it affect in any way if im in bpo2 and works in IT

Nothing to do with your grade. Just focus on your skill, nobody cares your grade while shifting as well.
