Guys can anyone tell how the exit policy (notice period, F&F, salary, etc) are affected with a negative BOTP outcome. HR told me that after 2 months BOTP, they would give me 1 month to leave. Doesnt that go against the 90-days notice period? Can anyone clarify?

Technically 2 months botp plus 1 month time to leave is 3 months
Do not work on BOTP learning. Just use those 3 months to look out actively
