I want to know if I am in BOTP and getting assessments to clear , but I also get into a billable project , what if I do not clear that assessments will they still terminate me ? As currently I am in a project as a billable resource???

Back In Track Program- it's basically a tool/program to inform employee you will be terminated or get ready to resign, in the name of skill development/test
