Trending @Capgemini; BOTP what should I do?

They initiated botp for me 2 months ago for rejecting projects. After putting in botp, they told me botp will be closed Successful only if you get selected in project and get good feedback from client. I am selected in project they will take feedback from client next week. Will they ask me to resign or not? Should I resign before they ask?
