Trending @Capgemini; BOTP Query

I received a 4 rating in the recent cycle, so now my N+1 has assigned me a BOTP, which includes 33 hours of learning. Among these, 1 is on Communication Skills and the other 2 are 'Introduction to Java' and 'Fundamentals of Java', making a total of 3 courses. However, the problem is that my BU is Testing, and currently, I am working on a Monitoring Support Project.

Since the work is in a rotational shift pattern, it is not possible for me to complete these trainings alongside my daily work. I am considering binge-watching these trainings to complete them. But my doubt is, will my exam be conducted based on these trainings at the end?

If anyone has any information about this, please let me know.
