Hr and your n+1 can have mire details, n+1 may have a call with you along with hr

I got need's improvement rating but still have not gotten any call from hr and people manager. I got this rating only because of BTO compliance and learning hours

Ohh so sad to hear this, theg are looking bto as well for BOTP .... But which BU you belongs to and how is your N+1 with you, i heard lot of things for BOTP... Plz be careful bro
