I was recently added to botp. So suppose if i undergo the botp training, and i decide to resign mid way. Is that possible? And im not reporting from my base location. So during notice period, would they force me to report from my base location? Would they apply leaves from backend for not reporting from base location, leading to loss of pay?
I don't think they will allow to resign in mid of botp Listen, what I will suggest is complete Botp for 2 months and notice period will be only one month. Use this time to upskill and move out without any issues. Yes, if you don't report to office then you will not receive salary for 12 days
Suppose i resign now…i will be getting 3 months of notice period right..!
Dnt you think 3 months would be a better option to upskill myself?

Im also assigned for one botp resource so the thing is if in span of 8 weeks if i have negative feedback there will be immediate shutdown
