Boost to Village economy
Just a thought !!
If TCS allows WFH or Hybrid, or if any company does so, its employees will move to nearby Areas/villages from where they can commute once a week. This really gives a boost to other areas because when people will stay there, will spend also there only.
Metros are already so expensive, that people really need to move out and there is a utter need to promote other areas as well.
Can Govt. Give a thought on this and ask companies to make hybrid policy compulsory !!

Utter Nonsense .. They would feel by hearing to your idea though its a good one... If they allow you to work like this... How will our Ministers earn the money they now earn by all the room rents you pay.. Most Flats and Housing societies is of ministers only
Then you would spend basically on food and less on other area. But if you have commute to office, one spend on fuel, transportation, water, toll, infrastructure tax got from employer and employee and lost goes on. The reason why we are asked from office is due to govt needs make the citizens hit the streets and not other way around. You idea is ideal from only employee perspective that too once from rural back ground !!!
What is the increment in tech or data analyst field
If only they ever do it.
