Books to read?

Recently i have taken to a habit of reading. I want to read books on business psychology books. How are businesses made, how they adapt to change. I'm also interested in history but have not studied much of it. I recently completed Shoe dog and thoroughly enjoyed it, it had everything history philosophy and it was buisness.
