Hello, Is it mandatory to repay the bonus which Wipro given? I'm in lop for 4 months and getting calls from HR regarding my resignation. And i have received 6,18,24 months bonus. Here I'm having a question, if I put my Resignation(Forcible) will I need to repay the bonus?

Yes there will be lock in period for bonus. I think 24 months. No need to pay 6th month bonus. You should pay 18th and 24th month bonus.

I know about the lock in period, But is it applicable to the person who Forcibly put the Resignation?
