Bonus repayment

I just resigned from my current job and the HR has asked me for my bonus repayment. Now the amount that I have been asked to pay is including the tax that I have already paid. How do I ensure that my form 16 mentions the same?

I did this once and the HR head got it fixed in Form 16 as well as Form 26AS on IT portal.
