Bonus payout and WLB in Deloitte India Sap for Director or Assoc Director role

I am half way through being interviewed for the role of Associate Director or Director (either based on final call of partner) I want to understand , how will be the work life balance , culture at that level. And what is the general bonus payouts (paid as per promise, pays more than promised etc…) Looking for genuine responses.
