Trending @Accenture; Bonus Payout amount shown in Rewards portal is not matching the expected amount
I have been given a Bonus payout of 5.25% for May 2025 payout, but the amount which is being reflected in the rewards portal is not matching the expected amount. 5.25% of my base pay is somewhat around 75k, but the amount which is mentioned in the portal is only 16K this is a huge difference. Can someone guide?
PS- I had joined Accenture on December 2024 so my lead told me I am not eligible for a hike in salary but bonus I am eligible
since we get 2 vp payouts in a year, only half of base pay is considered in each payout...so divide your base pay by 2 then calculate the percentage on that amount..that is you actual vp
Actually the calculation for bonus starts from sep to april, that you get in june, as you joined on December then 4 months you will get also note it's twice a year so its half

For recent joiner first during appraisal cycle variable will be too less . Next appraisal cycle onwards you will get good variables .
How to find the utilisation percentage?
Base pay percentage * chargeability till Feb 2025 * months till Feb 25 /12
They have a complex calculation based on your utilisation percentage.
Even I am seeing same issues. Percentage and amount being reflected doesn't match. Where did you raise tickets for this?
