How are India eligible days calculated?

Number of days you are on Cognizant payroll for that year . So if you are on Payroll for entire year (2024) it will be 366 days , whereas if you have joined in between the eligible days begins from that day until 31st Dec . Hope this clarifies

From the mentioned bonus amount, tax will be deducted and then you will receive the final amount.
