Trending @Infosys; Bonus letter percentage query

I have commendable rating but this quarter i received only 76% bonus 🤔. I usually get around 100%. Any idea why so low this quarter? Can we raise query, if yes how?

Guys it's all economic. They need to rollout hikes this year and they are not going to contribute much from their pocket. So they are keeping back your own money and will reflect it in the name of hikes...

I got 65% don't understand how I got this low. When asked with Project Manager he said Delivery Manager does this. They also don't know. Now I need to speak to GPM for understanding the reason for low performance bonus.

Anyone any idea how this bonus is given to us?
