I received Annual Bonus-Exgratia amount as 941/- in my payslip. I joined infy in jan’25.

My bonus -Ex gratia amou t as per my offer letter is 7876/-

How did they calculate this? And did i get more or less?

Every month we will get 95% of bonus/ex-gratia amount and remaining 5% will get on Annual that is in the March
