Like each one of you, I share the sense of profound loss at the passing of Mr. Ratan Naval Tata. It has been a privilege for us to have benefited from his wisdom, compassion, and guidance, which have shaped the ethos of the Tata group and TCS.
Let us honor his memory by remaining true to our core values that have shaped our success and will continue to guide us. QVA for Q2 FY25 Thank you for your work and efforts in the second quarter. All employees up to C2 grade (or equivalent grades) covered under the QVA plan will receive 100% of the Quarterly Variable Allowance (QVA). The individual pay-out for C3A grade & above (or equivalent grades) may vary, depending on business performance.
