Bonus deferred allowance hike
I am DM2 grade employee mba campus placement. Bonus is 1.05L. When does the bonus amount gets credited. Will I get on 31st March/1 april or 30th April.
Deferred allowance is 1.4L. What are the parameters of this amount. Does anyone know this.
Where and when would I know that how much hike will be provided to me.
Call on bonus disbursement is taken in the annual Board meeting, which usually takes place on 4th Saturday of April. Hence, bonus gets credited in April's salary, i.e. on midnight of second last working day of April. A few years ago, Board meeting convened in May and hence the bonus was paid on 10th May.
You can check bonus in my compensation, it will credit with April salary
Your bonus gets credited along with the salary for the month of April, that is on 30th of April
