Every month there is 6250 rupees of bonus or ex-gracia is deducting from my gross salary. Could you please anyone explain when we will get this bonus amount ?

Percentage of Your amount*3, will be provided in every quarter. We got it in February. Next one will be in may end. Percentage will be decided based on unit profit+ your rating

For met expectations in DNA, i got 63% last time I think. Eg: 63% of 6350*3.
