I joined cg in nov 2023 as a fresher with 2 years bond of 2 lakhs. Does the bond start from the month i joined or after the probation is completed. Also is it possible to switch without paying the bond amount. Do I have to pay the full amount if I leave after completing 1 year?

Capgemini has removed bonds for the freshers, now there is no bonds

Are you sure about it, cause it's clearly stated on the LOI which I received in Nov but it's nowhere mentioned in the offer letter (not in concrete writing at least)

Yes I am sure there is no bond now , It's null and void for all

No it's not like that ....it will decrease 50k for 6 months. Like after completing 6 month if you leave , you will have to pay 1.5L ,
After 1 year - 1L , and so on....
