If hcl is paying for a certification required in a project then what will the bond period for employee for that payment. For example, if the certification costs 50k pre taxes then how much employment bond do the employee need to serve?

1 year of bond or may be 2 also Earlier for 23k my friend have done a bond of 6 months so considering that 1 or 2 years. Connect with hr for more info on this at the end they are going to approve that amount
